We met a young girl that was knitting hats using sticks instead of knitting needles. I wish I would have had some needles with me.

We spent yesterday afternoon after church walking through a village named Mwapona. It would be considered a "suburb" of Choma and is about a half mile from WHIZ offices. It's amazing you are walking through trees and then all of the sudden there is a town. The children are so cute and as we walked through Mwapona they called out "Magooa" (white person) to each other. They are so happy and love to shake your hand and say Hi.

Look at his pants... this is very typical of clothing for kids here.
David, aka, the pied piper.. the kids just love him and check out next picture, everyone is fascinated with the muscles in his legs.

We had a great afternoon just walked through the village and stopping to play with the kids and talk with the elders.
