What an amazing few weeks we have had. We can’t wait to share with you how God has shown His faithfulness to us this past week. He is so awesome!!!
We decided to rent the house on Saturday and by the following Thursday it was rented.
My resignation went so well, my employer was wonderful!
We advertised the living room furniture and it was gone the next day.
We prayed that God would help us find another vehicle to use for for a month and the next day Davids’ friend from work offered us his truck until we leave.
We found transportation for a few extra bags with the help of a team traveling to visit their orphan trust in Zambia
We have reached 91% of our financial goal, we need only 9% more
to be fully funded and on the plane! Thank you in advance for your financial support. We are confident God is speaking to hearts and all our funding will be in place before we leave.
God continues to lead us on this journey and we realize that the more we trust in Him, the more He reveals to us. The road is so smooth when we take His hand and follow Him instead of veering off trying to take the lead ourselves.
We are in awe of how much we have grown these past months and are so excited about what He has in store for us! Please continue to pray as we enter our final stage of packing and preparing to say goodbye to family, friends and our church family, but we can’t wait to meet new friends and our new church family. The holidays have been difficult this year, without mom, but God continues to give me the strength and grace to get through.
May God bless you this Christmas season (and always) and never let us forget the real meaning of this holiday, if not for His birth where would we be??
